| How to Reschedule your Appointment |
| If you need to change or modify your appointment, send an email to: change@feistan.com Rescheduling is done on a first come first serve basis. Most changes will be accommodated within 24 hours but can take up to 72 hours to appear on the schedule. Feistan will always do its best to accommodate all changes. |
| How to Cancel your Appointment |
| If you need to cancel your appointment, please send an email to: cancel@feistan.com Refunds will be issued if the appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. There are no refunds for appointments that are cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time. |
